Engaging Tomorrow’s Leaders

Up next is a program designed to broaden and strengthen the volunteer leadership base and support of Saint Mary's Health Care by engaging emerging leaders.

up next consists of a five-session program introducing Saint Mary's Health Care, its core service programs such as The Wege Institute, The Lacks Cancer Center and The Hauenstein Neuroscience Center, and an insider's view of how the organization fulfills its mission of improving the health of our community.

Participants are between 25 and 45 years of age and come from a broad range of corporate, civic and volunteer backgrounds. They may be selected by up next alumni or may be self-nominated.

up next alumni are encouraged to become actively involved with Saint Mary's Health Care by serving on a volunteer committee, advisory council, or board, by volunteering their time to an area of interest, and/or by making a financial contribution in support of the organization.
