Eight Locations for Lab Services
Our professional, convenient and friendly lab services are located throughout the Grand Rapids area. All locations are handicap accessible, have free parking and are staffed by highly trained experts. Most insurance plans are accepted.
Just bring in your physician's order and insurance information, have your test and the results will be sent to your doctor quickly –– usually within 24 hours. With the exception of glucose tolerance tests, you don't need an appointment at our lab locations. Please note that outpatient locations are closed on holidays.
