We work with you and your doctors to decide what options best fit your needs, allowing you to learn about your new medications or receive that unique treatment in the privacy of your own home.

Rest assured that the same level of attention and quality we provide in our hospital will carry over into our off-site treatment. Saint Mary's Home Care is Medicare certified, and is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (C.H.A.P.). Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Home Infusion Services

If your physician determines that you can be discharged from the hospital but you still require injectable medications, this service can be set up through Saint Mary's Home Infusion Program. This program services clients throughout West Michigan including Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Cadillac and Grayling. We supply injectable antibiotics, pain management, nutrition (TPN) and other therapies.
