• Tomotherapy "Center of Excellence"

• The New York Times highlighted the Wege Institute for Mind, Body and Spirit

• Director of the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology received "Educator of the Year" award from the Michigan Organization of Diabetes Educators

• Advantage Health physician James Applegate, MD, was appointed President of the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians

• The Lacks Cancer Center was awarded a three year accreditation from the American College of Surgeons

• Our Catherine's Care Center received first ever Douglas Mack Award for Community Health

• The Women's Resource Center of Grand Rapids award Saint Mary's Health Care the 2002 Employer Recognition Award in the Progressive Workplace Strategies category
