Restoring Your Heart Health
Recovering after a heart attack or cardiac surgery isn't easy. But by taking the right steps now, we can help you get on track to a healthy, active life. Ask your doctor about referring you to our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.
Our services include structured exercise and education programs designed to make your recovery much easier. We'll help you regain any strength and flexibility you may have lost, and we'll teach you how to change your lifestyle to avoid future heart problems. You'll leave our care feeling more positive about yourself, and your future.
Should I participate?
If you've been diagnosed as needing cardiac care within the past year and you are passionate about improving your health, you're an ideal candidate for Cardiac Rehab. You'll benefit from the safety of our medically supervised program, and the personal attention of trained experts.
Will my insurance cover Cardiac Rehab?
Many insurance providers, including Medicare, will cover the cost of our program, but we encourage you to check with your carrier before enrolling.
How do I get started?
Talk to your doctor about getting a referral to our program, or contact us at 616-752-6432, and we can speak to your doctor for you.
