Referrals to Diabetes & Endocrine Center, Thyroid Specialists of Michigan

Referrals are required for all appointments in the Mercy Health Physician Partners Diabetes & Endocrine Center. Referral information needed from the referring source includes a brief description of the most recent visit or need for this referral, most recent pertinent lab results and any pertinent radiology or diagnostic tests to prevent duplication of tests.

The endocrinologists accept consults for inpatients at Mercy Health Saint Mary's for any of the previously mentioned needs. Referral for inpatient consults is determined by the physician on-call at the time of the consult. Patients of the Center requiring hospitalization are admitted through the primary care provider.
