Who We Serve
Heartside Health Center serves families who are underserved, homeless, uninsured or in need of a medical home. Our physicians and physician assistants have been trained to consider the whole person, their family, and the community in which they live. As part of Mercy Health, the providers at Heartside Health Center have access to a wide array of specialists and services.
What is Family Practice?
Family practice physicians are trained to consider the whole person — the young, the aged, and everyone in between, as well as the family and the community in which they live. Family physicians are able to treat most health problems during office visits. With an added emphasis on wellness, your family physician is able to advise you on tests, procedures, and general health information that may help keep you healthy.
Patients are seen by appointment in order to minimize waiting time. If you would like to schedule an appointment for yourself or a family member, please call our office at 616-685-3800. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call and let the office staff know at least 24 hours in advance, so that we may give your time to another person. We appreciate your courtesy.
